Flocl is a set of tools for creating a local copy of your Flickr photostream.
Why? Because sometimes you want to show off your photographs where there isn't any net access.
Flocl uses the Flickr Services API to get information about your photos then it downloads them and builds a local web of pages that refer to your downloaded images.
